Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS (US Postal Service).
Orders of $50.00 or more are shipped free. Orders less than $50.00 will be charged a flat rate of $3.95.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: We try to ship your order as quickly as we can.  Most orders will ship same day or next day depending on what time they were placed.  Some orders will take extra time if we are waiting on product to arrive from our vendors.  Your order should arrive in 1-7 days from the shipping date.

Q: Does Just Accessories Discounts accept Purchase Orders?
A: Yes we do.  During checkout select "Purchase Order" for payment.  We will review your order and if we have any questions we will call you.  If you have not ordered before then you may wish to call us (303) 242-5529 or email us sales@justaccessories-discounts.com to discuss your needs.
